U.S. / Domestic Orders:

We believe in customer satisfaction! Making you feel FRESH is our biggest priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase! If it doesn't work out for any reason we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed and free of any scent, merchandise within 14 days of receiving an order. For returns shipping will not be refunded, exchanges will ship ground free of charge.

At this time, we do not offer free exchange shipping for international orders and never refunds on customs or duties.

International Orders:

Customers are responsible for paying all customs and return shipping fees. We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country.
