Ground Shipping through UPS
-Ground shipping is typically 5 BUSINESS days. (west coast especially can take MUCH longer)
-.2pm pick up for ALL ground orders, if order is placed after 2pm est, it will ship next business day.
-UPS ground shipping can take much LONGER and is NOT guaranteed time frame.
-Remember weekends don’t count as business days.
We offer 2 day shipping through UPS or FEDEX (UPS does not guarantee)
-Orders purchased on Saturday and Sunday will go out on Monday and SHOULD arrive by Wednesday.
-Orders purchased before 4pm on Wednesday SHOULD arrive by Friday. Any orders made after 4pm est will ship next business day.
-After 4pm Wednesday orders will ship Thursday, and WILL NOT arrive until Monday.
Due to Customs Regulations; My Cookie Dealer is not responsible for any tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges or any delays at the boarders. Once the order is placed, processed, and has left our bakery, we are unable to assist with any international issues.
We can NOT hold packages. We ship all orders same day or next business day.

We do not put prices on the packing slips. Holiday Boxes will ship one of the 2 days listed on the individual listings. We can not make changes for any of these dates.
